For short term rentals, Florida Sales tax service is provided as well as maid service with both of these being charged to your tenants. Our many years of experience offers you hands on management with your best interest in mind. We make every effort to customize our service to your particular needs. The charge for our service is 10% per month when the property is occupied. Extensive renovations requiring extra management time may be billed at an agreed upon rate.
